 The Power Cradle enhances a HotSync cradle with deepTec's
 advanced VIC fast-charge controller.

 Insert your PalmOS handheld into the cradle:spring-loaded charge
 pins mate with the contacts on the Battery Pack and charging begins
 The LED clearly indicates charging status.

 The serial port supports regular HotSyncs to your PC plus use our
 VIC-mon software on your Palm handheld to view charging data.

 The included AC power source connects to the serial plug, so there is
 only a single cable running from PC to the cradle.
