 deepTec developed VIC ("very intelligent charger")  to provide
 the most advanced charging available for PalmOS handhelds.
 Nothing else even comes close.

 VIC uses multi-phase charge modes and can fully charge an empty
 Battery Pack in under 90 minutes. VIC constantly monitors the
 charging status, and can display it on the Palm with the included
 VIC-mon software.

 Full status indication is provided by the bi-color LED.
